IMPORTANT INFORMATIONOur membership runs from January 1st to December 31st of the current calendar year. Renewals are due by January 1st. Fees are NOT prorated. New applicants can apply using the membership form below and pay online. New applicants will be asked to show picture ID during orientation. Past returning members who have skipped two years or more must also attend in person at the clubhouse and are processed similar to new applicants. ALL NEW OR PAST RETURNING APPLICANTS MUST ATTEND A 1.5 HOUR LONG ORIENTATION SESSION BEFORE BEING CERTIFIED TO USE THE RANGE Once the Membership Application Form is accepted and the membership fee is paid in full, you become a "probationary" member. Probationary members are not issued a Membership Card (with a Membership Number) and Access Key until after they complete the New Member Orientation. The New Member Orientation covers Club policies and range safety rules. After completion of the New Member Orientation, a “probationary” member becomes a “full” member. If you prefer to complete a paper form it can be downloaded from the links below or picked up at the Clubhouse on Sunday mornings. APPLICATION optionsApplications to join SCRGC can be done with the following methods: Online by Credit Card: Use the new secure online system to apply and your VISA or MasterCard may be used to complete the purchase. No credit card information is stored by SCRGC at any time. The purchase is completed directly through the secure servers at Affinipay. Online by Cheque: Use the new secure online system to apply then your cheque may be brought in to the Clubhouse Sundays 9:00 to 10:30 am or post mailed to the PO address below. Online by Cash: DO NOT SEND CASH BY MAIL. Use the new secure online system to apply then you can pay with cash by bringing it to the Clubhouse Sundays 9:00 to 10:30 am. e-transfers are NOT accepted at this time Postal Mail of Application Form: If you choose not to apply using the new secure online system, you have the option of downloading the SCRGC Application Form, completing it in pen, then bringing it in person to the clubhouse Sundays or post mailing it along with your payment (DO NOT SEND CASH BY MAIL) to: sunshine coast Rod & Gun ClubBox 377Sechelt, BCV0N 3A0 |
